This page explains what happens to the information you submit through the forms on SBRT Academy.

What is collected

The newsletter and course-waitlist forms collect an email address. The contact form collects a name, an email address, a subject category, and a message. No other personal data is knowingly collected, and no payment information is ever requested on this site.

What happens to it

Submissions are emailed directly to the site administrator and are also retained in the site’s database so that messages are not lost if an email goes astray. Email addresses collected for the newsletter or the course waitlist are used only to send the update or announcement described on the form itself. They are not sold, shared with third parties, or used for any other marketing.

Unsubscribing and removal

To be removed from the newsletter or waitlist, or to have any submitted data deleted, use the contact form and state your request. Requests are actioned as soon as reasonably possible.

Cookies and analytics

This site does not use advertising cookies or third-party tracking for marketing purposes. Standard server logs may be kept for security and performance.
